Pujalerta is a business service that detects Google ads shown on searches related to a brand (for example “brand + discount code”) and classifies them by advertiser, so the brand owner can manage them with its affiliate network. The service is intended exclusively for businesses and professionals.

3. Nature of the information

Checker results and reports reflect the ads Google showed on specific searches at a given time, device and location. Google does not show ads on every search, so results are a sample, not an exhaustive list. Classifying an advertiser as a “possible affiliate”, “competitor” or “reseller” is an estimate based on public data; whether an ad breaches an affiliate programme's terms is for the brand owner and its network to decide. Pujalerta never clicks on the ads it records.

4. Intellectual property and liability

Site content, design and code belong to Network Place S.L. or its licensors. Third-party trademarks shown in results, examples or reports belong to their owners and are cited for descriptive purposes only. Pujalerta is not affiliated with Google or any affiliate network. Network Place S.L. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors in third-party data. Paying customers are also bound by the terms of service.

5. Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. The courts of Alicante (Spain) shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
